STAND-INS NEEDED FOR NETFLIX SERIES, “MINDHUNTER”!
We will need a lot more down the line but this is the first set!
Stand-ins are used in place of the actor for lighting, blocking and rehearsals. They are an EXTREMELY important part of any production. They should be reliable, responsible, respectful, able to follow direction well and able to handle 12-14 hour days.
Production will be starting in early May in the Pittsburgh area and going until December. We need Stand-ins with amazing availability during that time frame who are able to be on set at a moment’s notice. No weekends. Stand-ins will be paid $150 for the first 12 hours and time and a half after that. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE TO GET TO SET. Public transportation is not reliable as shoot locations are always changing.
**All Stand-ins must be willing to have their hair cut or dyed to match the actor.
WHO’S NEEDED:
#1 – Caucasian Male ages 25-35 years old. Brunette. 5’10-6’0. 170lbs-190lbs. FULL-TIME STAND-IN. PLEASE WRITE “BLUE” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING
#2 – Caucasian Male ages 34-53 years old. Brunette. 6’0-6’2. 200lbs-220lbs. FULL-TIME STAND-IN. PLEASE WRITE “GREEN” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING
#3 – Caucasian Female ages 21-26. Brunette. Fair Skin. 5’3-5’5. 100lbs-120lbs. FULL-TIME STAND-IN. PLEASE WRITE “PURPLE” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING.
#4 – Caucasian Male in his 30s. Brown or auburn hair. 6’3-6’5 280lbs-310lbs. Size 13 shoe, if possible. Will work a lot between May-July 1st. PLEASE WRITE “RED” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING.
#5 – Caucasian Male ages 46-54 years old. Blondish-Brown hair. 6’4-6’6. 210lbs-230lbs. Part-time Utility Standin position. Works Approximately 5 days in May and June. Still must have great availability since schedules can change. PLEASE WRITE “ORANGE” IN THE SUBJECT LINE WHEN SUBMITTING.
WE WILL NEED YOU TO SEND US TWO CURRENT PHOTOS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANY OF THE ABOVE STAND-IN POSITIONS AS WELL AS A RESUME IF YOU HAVE ONE. We will need a full-length picture and a waist-up/headshot. You should NOT be wearing sunglasses or a hat. Please take a second to have someone take 2 new pictures of you. FOR WOMEN, include your Dress/Pant size, Waist (if you know it) and shoe size. FOR MEN, include your waist, inseam, suit (if you know it) and shoe size.
